Housekeeping, Babysitting, Oversight of Senior Persons – FULL TIME (5 days per week/8 hours per day)

    Full time – Base Package
Procedure: The Agency will propose a number of persons considered suitable (the number is not fixed and depends by the complexity of the request and number of the qualified candidates that are available in the data base), that are already evaluated, after the matching process and within your salary range. The Employer cam interview at IOANA offices a number of maximum 3 persons.
Warranty: 2 months starting with the day when was chosen the first person. The Employee is entitled to one new selection (same conditions as before) and to chose another person (for the same position) if the first person is proved not suitable or resign without reason.
Tariff: 65% of the net monthly salary for one month as was agreed by the parties. The sum will be paid after the interviews if selection made.

    Extra Package
Procedure: The Agency will propose a number of persons considered suitable (the number is not fixed and depends by the complexity of the request and number of the qualified candidates that are available in the data base), that are already evaluated, after the matching process and within your salary range. The Employer cam interview at IOANA offices a number of maximum 6 persons.
Warranty: 3 months starting with the day when was chosen the first person. The Employee is entitled to two new selection (same conditions as before) and to chose another two persons (for the same position) if the first person is proved not suitable or resign without reason.
Tariff: 100% of the net monthly salary for one month as was agreed by the parties. The sum will be paid after the interviews and if selection made.

    Extra + Package
Procedure: The Agency will propose a number of persons considered suitable (the number is not fixed and depends by the complexity of the request and number of the qualified candidates that are available in the data base), that are already evaluated, after the matching process and within your salary range. The Employer can interview at IOANA offices unlimited number.
Warranty: 6 months starting with the day when was chosen the first person. The Employee is entitled to unlimited new selections (for the same position) if the first person is proved not suitable or resign without reason.
Tariff: 150% of the net monthly salary for one month that was offered. The sum will be paid as follows: half in advance when the request is made and half after the interviews and selection.


Housekeeping, Babysitting, Oversight of Senior Persons – PART TIME (1-4 days per week/8 hours or less per day)

    The Procedure and Warrantee are identical with Full Time Packages. For the Base Package (only), the Tariff of IOANA Agency is different: 80% of the agreed salary. All other terms remain the same.


Housekeeping, Babysitting, Oversight of Senior Persons – INTERNAL ( the employee have to leave at the place were is performed the activity)

    The Procedure and Warrantee are identical with Full Time Packages. For the Base Package (only), the Tariff of IOANA Agency is different: 90% of the agreed salary. All other terms remain the same.
